CATI and CAPI are computer assisted telephone interviews and computer assisted personal interviews respectively that
havebecome increasingly popular in China as technology becomes more and more accessible to the average Chinese
consumer. The success rate using these two methods are over 90 percent in major cities and over 85 percent in other smaller
cities. The CATI and CAPI method of market research encompasses a new technology for China that provides precise and
comprehensive data during the collection process.

The Beijing facility is equipped with 8 CATI stations and we ensure that we have coverage of CATI stations across all our
facilities in China. Additionally, the interviewers that work in each CATI station are fully trained for these types of interviews
and we have a head supervisor who monitors all phone interviews.
